shiny side up! should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I am concerned that the Williams cars will experience brake problems... but I hope not. Would be good for Shuntmacher to get a good result here...

I can't see TGF being on too big a fuel load.......this is a marginal circuit for brakes and a heavy fuel load would only exacerbate that.

Mind you, he'd be capable of pulling this kind of thing off.....but not tomorrow I feel!

I expect RS to arrive at the first corner NOT in the lead... he has had terrible starts all year long.... but then again he has been terrible in every department all year long...

Very mixed grid. The Sato thing is just what I've said before. He needs to get that raw speed under control. Doesn't matter how many lunges he makes. Well it does really. He's got loads of peeps to overtake just to catch his team mate.

Shame because I really thought BAR could have a front row lock out.

Ferrari have fantastic race pace so with a heavy fuel load they will keep up. I think the pace at the front will be very close because i think they are all running light

Ralf's pole was a bit of a surprise. Even if Ferrari weren't the quickest I thought it would be BAR. It should make for a interesting start. It's very tight down at turn one.

top lap by Ralf Canada is a known engine killer so who will let got first Kimmi DC or one of the Bar's ? (just kidding )
is MS on a heavy long first run (possible)
if not Ralf for the win if not Renault for sure
But I do except a few more engine failures here

Great lap by Ralf.

We will know tomorrow if Ralf was on light fuel or the FW26 just have a pace in Canada.

Hell yeah a very interesting grid. Should be a great race. I've always enjoyed the Canadian GP.
Go Kimi.

Trulli could well lead into the first corner, if recent form means anything.

Very true - a point conceded by Jenson when he said Ralf pushing him into second gave him a problem in having Jarno right behind him.

It's a great grid. If they manage to avoid carnage on lap one, it should prove to be one of this season's more interesting contests.

Credit to Klien for getting in the top ten, by the way!

If you look at the times in 2002 when Williams qualified 1 and 2 Ralf seemed to only have goal in mind. The amount of times JP had to drive the rest of the race with damaged suspension was unreal.

Nurbugring 2004 seemed just desserts.

Ralf seems a nice guy, just his consistant ability to drive into people and claim for $16million astounds me.

Well, the Nurburgring 2004 incident was Montoya's fault. And other incidents, like Indy 2002, was dificult to judge.

Dont ge me wrong, I am JPM'fans.

Most of his incidents occur either while he is overtaking other drivers or just after he has overtaken other drivers.

As he is on pole this time, we probably won't see that during the first few laps.
