MADDOG-99 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

Guess What,
Ferrari seems to be subject to F1A favourtism and is exempt from the rules, allowd to cheat where others are penalised...

Kimmi got a penalty so why didn't this offending Petronas Skud???????

The decision was marginal in Kimi's case anyway - but that Ferrari is not as far over as him.

No need for a penalty.
