Seconded! It was really great to see them bang those high kerbs at the first chicane, made for great inboard shots! I think having the fasterchicane after made it a bit faster into the left hand sweeper, brindle was saying today it wasn't flat in the turbo days I think?

Should be a great race tomorrow? Alonso was a bit closer in q3 than I thought he'd be...if it's a hot day and the Ferrari is kind to it's tyres then he could move up? Be interesting to see how the mercedes go as well...gosh it's so good to have great races to look forward to these days!

Great race. But usually a very short one, if it's dry. Light rain showers are forecast for tomorrow.

Vettel's race compromised by gear ratio. He's well behind on top speed compared to the other front runners, including Webber!

Some how I don't think that will slow young Sebastian down. I hope we get some rain tomorrow. Hopefully it will spice things up.

Disappointed with Sauber's pace, expected them to be challenging for top 10 qualy, ditto Alguersuari dropping out after Q1, he had the potential to challenge for Q3!!

Are the Saubers running harder tyres or something to try and outlast those ahead?

If tommorow's a race is damp art times that will take some of the pressure off the tyres durability maybe? However it could also give us a surprise result in any case.

How many times does Alguersuari need to be the bottom qualifier of the top teams for them to realise perhaps he just isn't that good. Good to see Perez, Di Resta, Ricciardo outqualify their more experienced teammates. Pity Maldo couldn't, but he's close enough, but Senna's still quite a ways off Petrov.

It'll be a tough race for Vettel if he can't go any faster than 327 while Alonso's at 340+! Although he must have had Massa in front of him when he did that.

Those Mercedes must be real pieces of **** for even Petrov to outqualify MS and NR.

Don't me misled, those Lotus Renaults are very quick in a straight line and could be dark horses in the race.

I have a feeling that one of the Mercs will be very fast in the race, and the other Merc and the Renault's won't know which way it went.

Yes he does, pretty much always progresses strongly over a race, just seems to have problems nailing the one lap stuff?

Well except Spa of course where he was mega in qualifying.

Buemi on the other hand seems to be the other way around to a degree?

Vettel has this race won now that Webber's out and Hamilton and Button are in the pack.
