Rally Demo At Race Retro Show

This coming weekend is this years Race Retro show:

http://www.historicmotorsportshow.com/

The demo rally stage is in action again and should see some interesting cars in action - anybody going for a look? I may be there on Sunday (depends on the weather I think ). As far as I can work out the car list for the demo is as follows:

Ferrari 308GTB QV
Audi Quattro (various - including E2)
MG Metro 6R4
Renault 5 Maxi Turbo
Ford RS200
Peugeot 205 T16
Peugeot 405 T16
Opel Manta 400
Lancia 037
Toyota Celica
Ford Escort Mk1
Ford Escort Mk2
Ford Escort RS Cosworth

As usual I'd expect that to vary somewhat on the day - chances of them all being running throughout the weekend are fairly slim based on previous experience!

Just me that went then was it?

The Open Championship had a stand there with Bob Goodings Escort, a 6R4 (Ian Rowlances?), a Minicross car and another oldie (not 100% sure what it was - didn't get a chance to nose about but it looked like an imp?).

The live stage was good (although it was chuffing cold ), as usual there were some reliability issues - including a Renault 5 Maxi that had a seriously deranged rear wheel

Some piccies:
