Its official Motoring news has said Bill is moving from class e, up a class to try for an out right win in the dmn. Using a kad twin cam along with pipers and quaife. to develope over 200bhp which equates to 320bhp per ton thats going to be one hell of a quick mini. Good luck Billy boy. Keep us informed how its going.

Intention is to start with SEMSEC Saloons as that will tie in nicely with the TWMC All Circuit Sprint calendar. Hopefully this will remain well supported otherwise we'll look into DMN/BARC Saloons. What about you and Gemma?

Scott, stop messing around with those MR2's and get that mini out!

Chris last few meeting i have been very much down on power so lap times are not true reflection of where i am, but i intend testing with new engine and brake master cylinder and if i can get mid pack lap times will enter mini 7 with migs. Subject to dates and what Gemma and James decide to do i would like to enter class e as long as they race with the tin tops .

Muttering Nudes had Bill's car as a twin cam, 16 PORT version. That's going to be some expensive exhaust system !!

Blimey, that's a full on Bill – will an A series bottom end cope with that?
Sounds like a contender for fastest (steel shelled) Mini ever

Chris
I as previosuly mentioned on another thread, one day I might sell all my cars and buy/build one decent one.
Chris I won't mention Porsches then.

What do you mean I can't race in the Lydden Mini 50 race with a supercharger, there's me thinking it will probably be because the car will still be in bits.

If I get off my backside and finish it, I mean make a start Robert do we have a possible date yet from BARC ?

Should do.It started out as an idea and has snowballed. The engine is just the tip of the iceberg everything is being re-designed and re-fabricated (engine and car).It should be the ultimate set up when finished in both power and weight.

That was my point Scott, you might finish it if it's not so complex – I've no idea if a charger is eligible or not.

Great to have a date for the Mini 50th race at Lydden
