I have seen some sample chapters and met the author on a couple of occasions at GLPK Carsport as part of my job. From what I have seen it is very good and a welcome replacement for the very dated (but great in it's day) Data Power book by Buddy Fey. I am looking forward to getting a full copy to fill in the gaps.

ubrben has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Get to the bit on air density and spot the mistake...

It's good, but it's not as good as it should or could have been.
