Pre 63 GT's

As expected Carol Spagg and Ben Coussins are proposing to expand their Pre 63 GT Race programme next year with races at Monza and Dijon as well as the Silverstone Festival Race.

Thats good news?

Good people running the event and ties in with other series such as Flav and Vanessa show and at Monza CER.

I plan to do Monza and Silverstone for certain. Dijon I'm not sure yet as there is so much racing in the early part of the season. Would be bad to get a red card early on in the year from the wife......

If you were going to get a red card from your wife you would have already had it with the number of meetings you have done this year!

Does anyone know what the plans are for the Silverstone Classic 2010? Is it the same organising team as 2009? It makes it difficult to commit to a limited series so early with so little known about an event which is large part of it.

The Festival programme should be sorted by the end of the year,

Probably no Pre War Sports but a Pre 63 Race.

No idea about the rest.

Also, will it be able to run on the GP circuit? AMOC have been told that only the National circuit is available next year, which if true may scupper our plans for a big double header meeting there next year, since the International circuit will not be available, either, and some of our plans included some exciting racing for cars that would not be stretched on the National Circuit.
