venturing away from snet!!

Hi as is looking like will be in Kent around the time, am thinking of marshalling the HSCC meeting at brands, (if they need anymore flaggies) just wondering who best person to contact would be, any help greatly appreciated.

I thought should see some racing up gradiants at some point during the season!! LOL

Snetmarshal,
Can I suggest e-mail to office@hscc.org or tel 01327 858400 (HSCC office no) or if similar to the HSCC meeting at Snet which was run in conjunction with BRSCC-EA it may be worth a call to Peter Scillitoe Chief Marshal of BRSCC-SE centre on 07768-701531 or e-mail to mildred@brscc.co.uk asking the question.

Being a fellow Snet person can I also suggest a training exercise of running up and down a flight of stairs several times a day with a heavy rucksack on your back to prepare for the gradients would be advisable before venturing of to Brands especially if you end up at Paddock or Druids!

PS. As you are obviously aware we do have our own gradients at Snet, downhill from Corum to Russell and uphill from Russell to Riches before everyone thinks our Norfolk world is flat!

Terry

I can't see that running up and down a flight of stairs is easier with a bike on your back rather with than a heavy ruck-sack...

Speaking of Bikes reminds me that at Snet on Sunday during the BRSCC-EA Ferrari Meeting there will be a Bicycle race around the circuit for Marshals and any other willing participants in aid of Cancer Research. Thank goodness that Snet is nearly flat after all!!

So all those due to be at Snet on Sunday bring along a push bike and lets have some fun while raising some money for a worthwhile cause.

Ps if the marshal's are racing their bikes who's going to pick up the pieces when we crash!
