mitzu - just stay as close as possible, you can get along side and lightly love tap it, but, you cannot ram it. the point of those tests is to learn to adjust to other cars on the track with you so youve to adjust your line/braking marker on the fly.
i lowered my fgt time to a 5.13.256 |

ok, this suprised me
5:36.501 asm:0 tcs:5 i just put the stage 4 turbo on it, and that was a blistering lap on r1's, usaully i dont run tcs, but with that much power, im not that dumb, it can be done, but i dont want to. i only shave off 10 seconds and thats a fast M3 GTR time up there |

Well done! Now what are the answers to your questions above?!!! I've just ticked over the 25% mark so can start the long ones...
And considering I've been to the last 3 'Ring 24hr races for real I know it's gonna be tricky. Not looking forward to the Karussell at 3am. Last edited by jonbryant; 18 Oct 2005 at 20:47. Reason: Can't spell |

That's a shame. Although perhaps a relief as it's difficult enough during the day. Incidentally, the circuit is scarily realistic. It's even got the circuit art we decorated it with 2 years ago...

I'm looking for interest in an LMP series that I'm proposing at GTX.

Yes, this is open to anyone. We need racers. You're welcome to sign up at GTX free of charge. I could possibly include it here in conjunction with the competition at GTX.
We already completed a Group C series over the summer nickyf1. And es nes took the victory with that darned Peugeot. It needed ballast if you ask me! |

I think I said that I was interested on that link you provided. If not, I'll post a message on it later this evening.

Here are my fastest times, all done on Arcade Mode Time Trial, and without modifying the cars. I have manual gearchanges selected, and no driver aids...
1. Nissan R92CP Race Car '92 5'37.224 2. Minolta Toyota 88C-V Race Car '89 5'44.261 3. Nissan R92CP Race Car '92 5'52.416 I've also managed 7'47.387 in a standard M3, and 8'02.468 in an M5. I know I've gone faster than these, but didn't save them. I'm sure the M5 is good for a 7'30ish. But for the ultimate in G Force you can't beat a '58 Subaru 360 at 17'43.641!!! |
