Wonder what is going on at Penske. Quite a few high profile jobs are up for the grabs with none of the existing in those roles on the way out.

I did read somewhere that they relied a lot on staff and facilities outsourced from other areas within the Penske group, presumably while they got things back on course, and began to expand back into two cars.

The chief mechanic and #2/3 positions is interesting though. Are they confirmed to be only running 2 cars next season? What about Dunlop projects?

That's fantastic news. Was waiting to hear results of the scholarship contest. A much deserved winner. Apparently he's got funding for a season of SuperCup to top up the 200k from Porsche so he'll be in Europe next year. Can't wait to see what he can do.

One wonders which REC BJR intends to use for their third car. Could the Britek REC stay, while Mr Bright utilises the yet-to-be-finalised Super Black REC for his PRA ambitions?

peckstar has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
My strong understanding is that Jason Bright still owns his own REC and it not partially owned by the Jones as has been previously suggested (although im not sure if there wasnt some partial ownership).

He will take that car to PRA (or whatever format PRA ends up) and be paid to drive, The cars will have a major sponsor that Jason has not brought with him

There was whispers through the paddock over the Bathurst weekend that there was going to be a split after this year and talk of a potential tie up for one of the partners with Penske. Wether this could or would play out is the multi million dollar question.
