What can we do more..., with 13 cars on the grid!
Many says that were the (two) best EuroBOSS races ever! Result - Race 2 1 Klaas Zwart Ascari Judd V10 2 Tom Coronel Ferrari V12 3 Patrick D'Aubreby Benetton Ford HB V8 4 Henk Thuis Ascari Judd V10 5 Henk de Boer Coloni Cosworth V8 (1. EB Master) 6 Roger Kilty Reynard Cosworth V8 7 Tony Hansford Arrows Cosworth V8 8 Terry Sayles Dallara Judd V10 9 Carlos Tavares Dallara Nissan V6 10 Frits van Eerd Tyrrell Cosworth V8 Not Classified 11 Johnny Laursen Ascari Judd V10 (out lap 10- engine problem) 12 Karl-Heinz Becker Dallara Nissan V6 (out lap 10, crash into the tyre wall) 13 Pierre Schroeder Ascari Judd V10 (out at the start after a technical problem) Fastest lap: Johnny Laursen in 1:28.628 = 174,967 km/h! -Walter Colacino could not start in race 2, because his engine was damaged in the warm-up session today. -Johnny Laursen was up to his problem in a good lead position (lap 4, 8 sec. to Tom Coronel) -Klaas Zwart from the last position after three laps into third -good battle in the middle of the race between Becker/Tavares/Sayles -Klaas in lap 6 closely behind Tom Coronel -Kilty "hunted" to De Boer -lap 10, Laursen out -The Battle of the Weekend! Henk Thuis against Frits van Eerd with many dramatic attacks (particularly in the Tarzanbocht)... but in lap 15 ended one of these maneuvers for Frits van Eerd in the grass and therefore the race was finished for him and two laps later was it also for all others with a red flag, because the car from van Eerd was in a dangerous position! A very good race meeting is now also finished for me! I hope some of you have enjoyed the races via the internet live coverage... Next EuroBOSS race: 9/10 september, "Leinster Trophy", Mondello Park/Ireland! Christian EuroBOSS-Racing |

Hello All
I've just found this forum and thought I would say hello. I'm part of the H-Engineering team running the Footwork Arrows in the Masters class and was interested to read all the posts about the series. Christian - I wondered where all your hard efforts at the races ended up, fantastic job you are doing here keeping everyone, and myself informed. That's the first time I've seen the championship table up to date, I'm sure you'll agree the website and Roger aren't very good at keeping us informed!! If people are interested in an inside view from one of the teams I'm more than happy to post things here. Let me know what you think? Also if any of you come to the races, pop by for a chat, we're a friendly lot really. Bye for now Mark H-Engineering Motorsport |

We had a fantastic weekend running Frits van Eerd's Tyrell Team Holland outfit. My dad was like a kid at christmas looking after those cars. Just a shame that Frits had to retire the second race. It was actually a broken rear wheel as a stone was lodged between the rim and the hub and it just carved through the wheel. As Frits came out of Tarzan, the wheel collapsed and off he went. Still he had a blast racing with Henk Thuis and we'll be back for sure!

welcome to ten-tenths and particularly a warm welcome from me in the ten-tenths "EuroBOSS World"! You found us very late, but i think not too late! This is one of the largest and most advanced motorsport forum worldwide! Many "big" and "small" names from the international motorsport scene are members or quiet observers here. It is good that we have not only fans here, but also drivers, team members and so on! I would say we are all very interested for an inside view into the teams of the EuroBOSS series, because that is not so my part, i can give more the view from the organization side and naturally my opinion from the view of a long-time fan. But i am surely that you has seen me some times at the races (i was in the last years at nearly all races, the only good looking young man in the paddock )! My flights are booked and a car is rented..., see you soon in Mondello! Christian EuroBOSS-Racing |

Yes, will be in Mondello in a few weeks time so pop by and say hello Christian Seen you many times, but not really chatted before, so make sure at Mondello you come by and get to know us more. We keep saying to Roger that all the teams, sponsors etc should get together and get to know each other more, maybe a BBQ or something on the Saturday night. Problem is getting Roger to pay!! By the way I'm the only good looking old man in the paddock!! Just to fill you in on our 'small problem' in qualifying 1 at Zandvoort, it was actually a major problem, in that the gearbox layshaft snapped in half. This we think was a legacy of the clutch and flywheel failure at Zolder. It took us some 4 hours to repair (luckily we had a spare), meaning we missed 2nd qualifying and started race 1 from the back of the grid. Tony (Hansford) made his usual good start and managed to work through the field to finish 2nd in class. In race 2 we started 7th on the grid overall. Tony managed to briefly lead the Masters class after a few laps but then outbraked himself at the back chicane, letting Roger Kilty and Henk De Boer through, meaning he finished 3rd overall in class. A bit disappointing, but we are still leading the Masters class by 12 points. Bye for now Mark H-Engineering Motorsport with LUCAS Racing Oils |

Good stuff, look forward to meeting you, there will be quite a few Ten-Tenths people around that weekend, just look for the marshals with the Ten-Tenths badges on

Up to a few small talks with one another it is more every man/team for itself! The last time we had a kind of Hospitality and therefore a 'come-together-place' was in the NDS sponsored time! Many 'smaller' national race series have and make more than we! (...and we have some persons where normally money is not the biggest problem...) For the fastest and one of the most spectacular race series in Europe surely too few! Christian EuroBOSS-Racing |

In this moment I just received a rumor from a good friend in france that our EuroBOSS race in Dijon (october 7/8) was cancelled!
I give a news update to you if it is official, but i think it is true! Would be very sadly, particularly because of the good event line-up (with TGP, GroupC, Supersports, F2,...)! Christian EuroBOSS-Racing |

That's bad news, was looking forward to going. I've never been to Dijon before. Do you know if the round in Germany is still on, I believe it is supposed to be at the Nurburgring? You're right about the old NDS days, we were talking about that only the other week. Huge grids, lots of girls Mark H-Engineering Motorsport with LUCAS Racing Oils |

Think the Dijon race may have been "bumped" off the programme to accomadate TGP? With both TGP and Group C there the pits/paddock area will be fairly congested anyway hence the lack of space for Euroboss.........

We had also very good TV coverage at this time, is an important point for good grids... and girls! To Dijon (7/8 october)... Yes it is very sad, but which i said already today, i think it is officially! A wonderful race circuit, not to modern, very fast, high and down... To Nurburgring (21/22 october)... I am in good contact with the German event organization. The race is still on! Roger got yesterday all the information which he need (what cost, how many track time we have and so on), now it is his final decision! The line-up for this event looks as follows: -Interserie Sprint Challenge(2x Sprint) -European Superracekart Series (2x Sprint) -Castrol Haugg Cup (2x 90min, GT and Touringcars) -Dutch Historic Single Seater (2x Sprint) -British Car Trophy (2x Sprint) -Scuderia Italia (2x Sprint) and -EuroBOSS (2x Sprint) Christian EuroBOSS-Racing |

That's a shame about the Dijon race.
I thought that the circuit lap record could of been broken that weekend. Oh well, suppose their must be a decent reason for it not to happen. Speedblood |

But the cancellation came from the organizer side, not from EuroBOSS! ...and when you know the reason like me, then I must (unfortunately) say I understand this desicion. It does not run such a way, how we would always like it. Christian EuroBOSS-Racing |

EuroBOSS Lausitzring 9 october 2005 Race Results (with time) ?
Ciao
I'm Sergio from Italy , an enthusiastic follower of motorsport in the world. I like EuroBOSS Champinship. It is fantastic to see Ferrari's win at Zandvoort !!! I hope to find someone that know Lausitzring 9 october 2006 race results with time about race 1 - race 2- qualification . The races were with Interserie , but I have found only the list of final position. In the past Roger send me official race results and with the web a find all race information except for Lausitzring. I hope to see EuroBOSS in Italy (Monza seems a dream but is difficult, perhaps at Adria) Walter Colacino is the first italian driver in EuroBOSS, but I hope that other italian drivers race with F1 cars . thanks for the attention Sergio Fratus Lovere (BERGAMO) Sergio Fratus |

It becomes really internationally here, very good! Yeah, the 1995 ex-Berger V12 Ferrari in Zandvoort was superb and brought a lot of promotion for the series, particularly with a dutch national motorsport hero like Tom Coronel in this car! I have all the Eurospeedway race and qualification results which you need! Think you mean our races (together with Interserie) at the A1 GP event. Make a scan and send you an email, is that ok? Results from Roger, in the past Roger make many good things... (sorry Roger) We talked at the beginning of this year over a race in Monza, but then came the noise discussions and therefore the final decision was not so good for EuroBOSS. Yes, maybe Adria next year. Walter (Colacino) had a bad weekend in Zandvoort (engine was completely damaged in the warm-up session). He drives many many kilometres to nearly all EuroBOSS races in Europe and then..., the smallest team has the biggest problems... is not fair, but it is motorsport! Christian EuroBOSS-Racing |
