Jeanburrasca81 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

If it wouldn't matter how much it costs i would have a few cars worth a look. One of my alltime favorites is the Ferrari Dino. But a Lamborghini Diablo, a Pagani Zonda or an Aston Martin DB6 would be great too.

I don't have a scanner, but I'll see what I can do. It's a dream car, isn't it?

The Lamboghini Miura would be a pretty good start, and vor everyday a Peugeot 504 coupe, which takes care of good looks and practicality all in the one car.

Others would include the 300SL Gullwing, and maybe this one:

Tough question, but I think I would do everything to get a Mercedes 300 SL. I love that car, I mean I think winning the lotto will help me get it.

I'd keep the cars I have, but get one professionally restored and build them a huge heated barn to live in

And maybe add to the classic car collection if I have change

A very hard question if money is not an object. I'd love a new Porsche 911 GT3, a lovely Ferrari 360 Modena, and a Viper GTS Coupe.

Also, I would collect some race cars as well. Some 70s CanAm cars, 80s GTP cars, and at least one turbo Ferrari F1 car (preferrably one raced by Gilles Villeneuve). if money was not an object, also one of Senna's championship McLarens.

One of these four cars would be ideal, The Aston Martin DB7 Vanquish, The Brabus SLK, the AC Cobra, or the TVR Cerbera.

Ray, your dream car looks to me suspiciously like the Mercedes Benz C111.

I've still got my Corgi model!

Lottery win cars, eh?

Well, in no particular order, my stable would include:
Jaguar E fixed-head coupe in dark blue
Lamborghini Muira in red
Aston Martin V8 Vantage, in grey
Aston Martin DB4 Srs1 - looks gorgeous in any colour.
Lister Jaguar to race with

And then, I would go to The Fruit Farm, Radlett, Hertfordshire, where lies the showroom owned by Stanley Mann, the most prolific sellers of vintage Bentleys in the world.

I would go up to him, and I would say,

"Stanley, I will buy that one....

...and that one...

...and that one...

...oo, and this one...

...and that one..."

Hey, Tim- Leave one for us!

I quite fancy a road- going Panoz GTR1- the one with the roof, or maybe talking them (with money) into building a road legal LMP1- that would really frighten the neighbours!!

BMW M5 or an Alpina would be nice. But of course, since I could buy a lot more with a lottery prize I would go with a Ferrari 550 Maranello........but I would settle with a Ferrari 360 Modena.

Indeed, Tim, it is a C111. I was working for Lance Lowe in his shock absorber business, and he frequently was being invited to motor industry releases etc because he was writing for various papers..

Sometimes he would let me in on it too, knowing my enthusiasm. In this case, I think he got me to drive him to the Wentworth Hotel in Sydney where this car was being displayed for the press.

In the Minivan in which I did his deliveries...

This particular pic was taken from eye level, shooting the reflection in the mirrored panels in the ceiling of the room... I thought it would look good, and it did... even guessed the exposure correctly!

Another time he got me to drive him to GM-H at Pagewood (this was after hours) so he could pick up the latest Holden Monaro GTS... and he drove the Mini home to Guildford... heh heh

Though the Mini came in for a fast trip or two.. like the time on the eve of a holiday when we found we couldn't do anything with the struts on a Honda N360 and I had to get to Mascot, pick up some new ones, and get back in time for them to be fitted.

Never get away with that today...

Well since cost is no object I believe I would start with buying my own little island out in the middle of the pacific maybe near australia or maylasia. Then a house to put on it followed by maybe a privite jet or helicopter. And finally maybe a small race track if island is large enough, and since I'm a horsepower nut and TVR speed 12.

If I won the lottery...a BMW Z3! Or a Porsche Boxster! Or a Ferrari 355!

What the...? You want me to choose one?!? This is a joke, right?

I like the tropical island idea. Perhaps we could get a few islands close by and hold a mini world championship.

I think my Ferrari 250LM might lose out for the first couple of laps but would soon pass the TVR when it breaks down on lap 3....
