Well spotted that man!...The rear wing is very subtle and will ruffel a few feathers in other teams, me thinks when they see it close up!

On the site these images first appeared on they reckon these are 'photoshop' creations, and not the real 060 car!

Just checked on Atlasf1 in the forums which has some pics, but looking at it looks exactly the same as last years car only with the new regulations, so much for it being sexy. What a joke.

It's the worst F1 racer this year, that paint scheme is bloody aweful. The Renault is 10 times better than the BAR. Just my opinion though, each to there own.

The official photos & stories are up on BARs website now. I'm not a rel big fan of the paint scheme but paint doesn't win races so lets wait & see.

You wonder how they think that livery looks good, Lucky Strike could surely come up with something better than the last 2 years. But I suppose it doesn't have to look good to win races does it.

I don't like it its drab at best just as all the BAR's before it . you would think they WOULD do some thing with it . Just think it could have been that awesome 555 blue number but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO .
Oh well . I just hope the Honda continue's to let go (1 engine rule and all ) giving more points to Mark

The rear of the sidepod is interesting. The exhaust and cooling outlets seem nicely integrated. The winglet's endplate molds into the pod and is also part of the cooling outlet. Oh, if you haven't seen the pictures they're on the shakedown shots at F1racing.net. Hopefully this will be a decent year and not where they BARF 1 Honda engine after another!

I was hoping that they would leave the car in the bare carbon fibre with the white stickers on, like they are running in testing that looked cool! But I supose as you create a colour scheme as part of your corperate identity you have to stick with it.

At first glance it looks farily conventional.

And again another set of horrible winglets (aren't they all).

No major barge-board action, will it see one? Possible not, there is still a decent amount of wind turning going on.

The side pods look quite big compared to some of the other cars, but it is difficult to judge.

The car does not look revolutionary (Williams) but if its fast I dont care.

IMO the only truely ugly car so far is the Williams but its going quite fast now so no one is saying anything about it.

I like it... Its certainly better looking than last years and especially the year before that!

I agree - not a revolution by any means. Nice and neat though - I just am dumbfounded that anyone would rate the Renault as a better looking car! This BAR is very ordered and neat - all of the parts look as it they belong together and the livery is very nicely done too.. I coudn't say any of those things about the Renault, which is properly radical but radically lacking in aesthetic coherence!

As far as armchair aero goes I'd have to say that this car doesn't look cutting edge to me - the sidepods are quite bulky, the layout of the rear looks quite bulky... it's all relative to the rather more extreme stadards being set by the big four, and of course all stems from a duffer's glance at a few snaps on the internet, but in terms of wow factor you've got the be underwhelmed. Here's hoping that none of that matters.
