Not again I feel. They're no longer really competitive enough to compete in the top class. I expect them to be in a showroom next year.

With this year's works cars likely to all be ran as independant cars for next year, the 406s wouldn't stand a chance. It would be economic suicide to buy and run them.

yes, but your forgetting that there can't really be a big difference between 2002 and a 2003 car, the regulations would make it still close racing, ideal for indy teams. Oh and arent the TAK MG's being sold to another indy team, Same thing - yes!!??

I don't think they will be run in the BTCC again due to the fact they won't be competitive enough. Will Formula saloon rules cover after supertouring BTCC cars?

I guess if there's interest, the Formula Saloons would probably add rules to allow BTC cars. But with so many ST cars and spares available, and the low prices they're selling for, why bother buy a BTC car?

I think they could still last another year in the BTC.

If not I would love to see them in the Formula saloons series.

I love Formula Saloons simply because it gives a new lease of life to old BTCC cars and its spectacular to see them again. We should have them as a guest support one round.

Yeah, it would be cool if the BTCC hooks up with the Formula Saloons for even just once in a season!
