johnh875 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Alfa GTA

I stumbled across this Alfa GTA for sale, reportedly one of only 49 RHD cars - link

Note - apart from having viewed the web page I know nothing about this car & have no connection, it is posted for interest only.

at GBP 68k its most definately fully priced (I presume that its AUD). Race prepped GTA's are now going for the 80k region if they are original Corsa models. As a Stradali (not sure how to spell it) I would suggest it should be around 50k. They have leapt up in price other the last few years. Stunningly pretty and a joy to drive. There is a woman at the Alfa archive who will confirm the history - important as there are a few faked up Sprint GT's around.

a few ? Like LC's there are probably more fakes than genuine !

when a non genuine MK1 GT hits 10k on fleabay you know prices are high !

it almost justifies my blind faith in the marque

we're going to Aus at xmas, maybe I could test drive it and report back if its still for sale . . .

It was $100K in 2004?

Searching on the VIN number worked then...

I have NO idea if it's real or not though.
