Help! What´s that????

I hope that anybody can help me, I have a photo of a car, but I have no idea when it was on the track or who drove it. Actually I know nothing about it,

I suppose it is Melkus-Wartburg F3. Im back you can see SRG Formula Easter so i think it is historic race somewhere in Germany.
