I havn't seen it, but if its Armageddon's work, it would be a million times better than what it is now!

That Livery was for Promo only, had to get something to Noonan for some programs etc. The car was always going to be plain white for the Middle East rounds, it's too costly for the team to put the vinyl on for two rounds just to strip it off when they come home for the new sponsor, if they sign on.

Third year running. The current points system was established in 2008, but it certainly is rare to find it unchanged year to year certainly in the V8 era.

Todd's basic problem was staying away from other cars. The Magneto rather than the Toddler these days.

So it seems Richo has the "full support of the board". Wonder if that means what it does in AFL...

Does anyone see the point of Richo running around for the rest of the year in 20th place

Junior Moffat could be doing exactly the same thing, and gaining valuable experience

Especially when you see how well Webb (who finished 1st in the Fujitsu series to Moffats 2nd) went in his debut V8 race

Pay Richo to sit at home

surely there would be a performance clause in the contract and getting upstaged by Dumbrell who has done SFA in the series and getting smashed to oblivion by Frosty surely dosn't live up to any sort of "performance". while in the near future Moff might not be a great improvement he is young and ****loads more marketable with the name.

The fact he is still employed in that seat is proof enough there ISN'T a performance clause in the contract.

However if there is, who was the moron in the factory backed ford team who only made 'better than last' the performance clause.

If there was, I'm sure he would have been shown the door 2 years ago.

Although I've heard Richo was told late last year his contract would not be renewed.

If the AFL rule applies he will be gone by month end. Think he is probably safe for now, but if FPR elect to run James Moffat next year Richo may well be put on gardening leave for the last few races of the year.

seems a bit weird that Mr Edwards revealed the team was at fault though. If he just said "Richo is secure" then Richo would be paying his own airfare back from Bahrain ala AFL mentioned above, but as he has said it was the team at fault, he'd look like a complete ****** of a boss to then dumb Richo

disclaimer: i think Richo should have been goooooone long ago

I had to laugh when one of the commentators, rather hastily, proclaimed "Whoa, there goes Winterbottom, he ran it too deep and has gone off... whoops sorry, that's Richo..."

How can you make the mistake of assuming it ISN'T richo spinning?

I don't know, the world these days...

Maybe that commentator remembers when frosty ran out of talent (but used the excuse he had nothing left to brake (um duh, brake sooner)) at bahrain the other year

I just can't see how Fpr are getting value for money with Richo. He was a good driver but not one that ever really contested for the championship. Now frosty on the other hand has been the best driver for that team ever.

Richo was on $750,000 a year when he came to Fpr but i would not pay 1/4 of that for him. Probably the most over paid and over rated driver

Go Frosty

I think its about time he made the move himself to move over and let Fpr bring throught another driver. He obviously can't set the car up right. Both or even all three cars can't be that different.

Does FPR have a lazy $750k sitting around doing nothing to pay out Mr Richards immediately? Methinks not... even if they did want to do it!
