arrows, to get pegout motor and dommp supertech, good idea?

so i just found out (i guess a bit late) that arrows that are doing so good with the supertech are moving to a pegout engine for 2001, the same engine, that prost are using, now
either arrows are doing a big mistake witch is unlikely or they believe that it realy is a good engine, that can bring them to beter results then this years supertech that is alredy juised out to its maks, has brot, so if so wye dont prost that have no motor, (looks like ferrari deal was a blouf-(they would realy **** me off if they give a motor to prost before minardi.)?
or maibe its the pegout engeniers that dont want to work with prost ? watever it is i wish to bid forwell to the prost team form the pages of this forum!
