Knowlesy,

If you're stuck with the PS3, try out Ferrrari Challenge, it's much better and more realistic handling than GT5P, maybe see you online on that soon mate.

Forza is still the better all round sim game but FC is easily the best thing avilable for the George Forman console.

Looks like season 4 was great fun Here is a video of me and Chad doing some Season 4 research (testing new cars) for our new forum IOR.

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=uCc126BI7Zo

and some very poor quality video of our first replica BTCC race at Silversone national with UKOG guys such as Will and Greg, and some UKOG rejects such as Chad and Matt

"Season 4" you say? Does that mean there's an organised enthusiasts series around somewhere??

(yes i could search for myself but I'm pathologically lazy)

Yes, I've been organising online races for almost 3 years now, and running Forza races since Forza2 was released.

At UKOG we have all of our races with No Assists, and only encourage clean racing, feel free to look me up online and join in.

Boy do I like the sound of that. A bit fed up hopping into random online races and either getting forced off the road or if I do go down the inside of someone legitimately and they turn in on me hitting me and go off as a result I get a mouthful of abuse. Don't get me wrong here I make mistakes like everyone else but some just take the anger way too far.

A one off Supertouring revival is being run on my Forum, Ive tried to make it as acurate as possible with the car list, but most cars are RWD. The 2000 Integra is very good and is the best FWD car there, there is also the M3 E30, which, dispite it being never built to supertouring regs, has to replace the M3 E36 which doesnt work. Cars must be A850, 300 - 400hp and have no adjustable aero, the rest is on the Forza section, so check it out. Also have a look at our 207 cup (some of the races we had in season 1 and season 2 were brilliant, and i will upload some on youtube, the 207 cup cars are 4WD and have great drive out of corners, overtaking is very possible, and so is going round the outside) also ITCC, a A750 touring car championship which is very similar to S2000 regs, but with adjustable wings.

Hiya Folks,

I know this is probably an older game to some of you but it's brand new to me and my shiny new 360, so go easy with me if you see me trying to keep all 4 wheels on track somewhere.
Feel free to add me if you see me; Stonekicker.

I can't promise I'll be very good straight away but I'll try to be clean and admit defeat if I'm not up to scratch.

Cheers all, hope to see you on track.

If anyone is up for some fun Endurance racing, me and some friends have created the FLMS. A 4 round championship run every two weeks on 100 mile races (or as close to as possible). At the moment we only have three runners in it. It would be great to have a feild of 8 for the whole season, so join up and have some fun, even if its just for a one off appearence!

Well I must say I'm quite impressed with Forza 2.

The cars are nice to drive with just a gamepad, not too arcady, you actually have to drive them properly, nice sense of weight etc.. I like the amount of customisation you can do and the shear number of cars there are. I've seen some cars on the marketplace, a few of them are free, which I will have to check out.

I haven't tried online yet or the paint shop, so its going to get more interesting.

I'm currently in the process of tricking out my Mini Cooper. And the E-Type you get early on is a handful but sweet to drive.

Yeah the paint takes a while to get used to it, all the different shapes and gradients to make different colours!

I've stuck to plain designs, but theres people out there that have made full on pics (remember the Aussie outback car), and theres one of a girl which looks like a real pic (pretty sure i posted it near the start of the thread)

On a sad note, Fozra killed my 360 the other day. E74 error, not covered by warranty. Got a good 3 years out of it tho, so not bad for a launch console. Time for an elite!!!

If Spudgun likes it it must be good.

Got it bang on Spud, the weighty feel of the cars is what makes it. You just don't get that in Gran Turismo.

Agree as well with Spudgun, the sense of weight is really good in Forza 2, you can really tell the difference between a Mustang and an Elise, for example.

I also have Marlboro colours on one car, Porsche 944, a bit like Niki Lauda's TAG-Porsche car of 1984.

Fancied trying a replica race scheme and decided on the Lotus Carlton. Seen quite a few cleland btcc replicas but wanted to do somthing original so went for the thundersaloons of the late 80s to early 90s.

would be up for selling a few but dont really know how to go about it?
