We'll be up all three days, though I'm speccing on the Sunday and ought to be hanging out witha few friends.
Really looking forward to this race, was a shame to miss it last year. Fingers crossed Ant Davidson is fit to race after his little accident

What hog roast??? I AM a silverstone marshal and all I've heard is there will be a free drink in the bar on Saturday night. The free drink vouchers are for all marshals and it's good to sit down and have a beer with people you maybe don't see very often.

I think there is a "summer" BBQ or something planned for F3/GT weekend but don't quote me on that.

Not aware of anything official, but it's not unusual for there to be a gathering in the middle of the campsite. On one occasion we were surprised to discover that almost 50% of the gatherers were moderators on here, but few of us actually knew the others in real life before then.

LOL Northampton/Southampton?

We were hoping to go but it's looking very likely that we won't be able to make it (yet again!).

I'll be doing Saturday & Sunday. My wife will be bringing my 73 yr old mother on the Saturday... Bless her . I used to take her to F1 testing a few years ago... She loves her racing!

I seem to remember there being a big hole in the field that I kept falling in, again and again and again....

Hi all

I'm supposed to be in the pits tomorrow but I've had some bad news about a family member this evening & need to get up to York to say my last goodbyes

Who should I contact to let them know I can't make it? Normally I would have emailed Penny but I guess its a bit too short notice to do that. Does she have a mobile I can text? Or is there someone else that I should contact?

Sorry for daft questions but I get sign on details emailed to work & I've made a note of sign on time rather than printing the email off. I'll put the details in my phone book in future!

Probably my favourite meeting of the year-I'm doing incident Saturday & Sunday. Nice to see there's the F3 Euroseries there as well as the excellent CER. Oh, and Speed........

Wow there's some quite big names in the Speed series then. I'll be following #15 throughout the weekend then!
Itching to get to this one. Probably going to be the highlight meeting of the year for me. (Can't imagine Britcar will be dry afterall!)
