The Earl of Interlagos
Going back to the archives, I realized that there is someone who can claim to "own" the circuit, although he's not a driver or a gazzillionaire.
Correct me if I'm wrong but out of the past six years, an Adrian Newey-designed car has set pole five times and an Adrian Newey-designed car has won the race five, yes, five, five, five times !!! We don't usually follow such statistics but I'm sure that five out of six must be some sort of a record, considering Adrian Newey did it with both Williams and McLaren teams and four different drivers (Hill, Villenueve, Hakkinen and Coulthard). That level of excellence must also be recognized. Cheers, RT

Hmm, not bad. But I'll be impressed if they do it again, looking at Mclaren's current form.

The new McL IS a work of art. As was last year's. I dunno, I just think the engine's down, that's all.
