Just read in Autosport that Pat is reiring the RS200 again and is to miss the next two rounds of the championship.
After that he is to race in a Escort WRX car.

Its a shame about the RS200, its a lovely car.

The Escort is only a temporary measure - it's the donor car for Pats new Fiesta. The new engine will be built and installed in the Escort so Pat can compete in some more events this season.

It's a shame to see the RS200 retire from rallycross but Pat will be keeping the car and using it for selected events (and possibly Pikes Peak) so it's not as if the car is being put away for good. Maybe Pat could do some of the clubmans events in the car? (I know it wouldn't be eligible for points but it'd be a good opportunity to use the car).

I know there was talk that it was to be used in a few sprints, its still a shame though, it was a lovely car.

Just have to wait for the new Fiesta then.
