It's time for the official pre-event test day to take place and the wait is finally over.

Sounds awesome! I'm always draw to the spectacle that is the testday. Even with the absence of any pre-race BOP in P1 their are still plenty of games to be played.

When will we learn the GTE specs for Le Mans?

So saw the Corvettes in the garages over on SportsCar365, I heard on Midweek Motorsport that those are completely new chassis. My question, do they have the other cars at Detroit this weekend or just skipping that round?

Are you saying that's a negative thing? Obviously there will be normal sandbagging i.e. just hiding true speed but that's fine, sandbagging because of BoP is just bullcrap.

I meant it as a positive atleast in my mind. Sandbagging to hide true speed that is. Suspenseful. It also helps to calm the nerves when your favorite car is off the pace

I think it looks like something 6 year old designed.

I guess I would call that better than sterile corporate white and some random lines, but last year's Proton silver was definitely more to my taste

Didn't see the other actual Proton car on those, has it retained the old livery?
