Words "90th edition" should imply that it is just obviously copy pasted from last year.

And by the way, even the word "edition" is misleading, seeing as it was the 90th anniversary last year, not edition... crappy translation from French again I'd guess

Yup basically:

- Pay version is the actual race coverage = world feed (used also by Eurosport etc)
- Free version is mishmash of all sorts of crap slapped together - check ACO's dailymotion page, old broadcasts are there

PR description from the ACO if you're not familiar with it:
