an intrested onlooker has pointed out a mistake I have made in the ten tenths anniversaries section..I have since recitfied this problem but have found another problem along the way..

does anybody know the correct birth date of Vincenzo Lancia..sadly I had him listed as being born and dying on the same day..if that was the case then he sure did a heck of alot in the few hours he had on this earth...but I believe I had his birthdate incorrect and so far have been unable to track down the correct one so i can add this to the files.

does anybody know ???

Marcus,
I can confirm that Vincenzo Lancia was born 24 August 1881 in Fobello di Valsesia, Italy and died 15 February 1937 in Turin, Italy.

He won the 1904 Coppa Brescia race and the first Eliminating Race for the Kaiserpreis in 1907.
