View Poll Results: Where will the WEC US round 2017 be held?
Circuit of the Americas (early September? with PCW?) 17 36.96%
Indy - plenty of history and, more importantly, plenty of run off 6 13.04%
Montreal - close enough to the US border and would serve US N-E audience very well 8 17.39%
Road America - the only right choice but lots of 'upgrading' to do to please the FIA blue blazers 7 15.22%
no US (or Canadian) round at all - the WEC doesn't need a race there anyway... 6 13.04%

I was actually considering going, there are daily direct flights from my local airport to Bergamo (which is about 50 km from Monza) and back, but booking last-minute would have been unbearably expensive at the current hour.

Indeed that's what it says, you probably can get around it with any VPN service that has a German server location.

Anyone else having problems buying the season pack with le mans?
the website seems to stop continuing when i select it but when choosing without le mans it does continue.

On the app itself i can't even find the option for the full season + le mans.

Yes, I contacted the company responsible for the app and was told it will be updated sometime this week. The update will include the option of the full season including Le Mans.

For some reason they seem to wait until the first weekend of the year is already underway before enabling you to download the latest app, which means doing it over a flaky mobile connection at Silverstone, an invariably frustrating experience.

They'll then do another (compulsory) update during Le Mans - and we all know what connectivity is like there...

Can only assume he saw the programme for what it was. As much as I love the guy I don't want to see him in WEC unless he's in a competitive car - regardless of which class.

I understand the developers may be working out last minute updates, but that has driven me a little crazy in the past with apps like this. Waiting until this week to release tv details seems strange as well.

Mosport
Palmer
Bridgehampton
Pocono - this event would make tons of money as it would milk try state area. You could watch the entire track from the stands also.
New York City Race - Flying in LMP1 through Brooklyn Bridge into BQE would be out of this world.

I think he needs to be paid but won't be. What Kolles needs is someone like Maldonado who can bring a good amount of money to the team in terms of sponsorship. If he crashes the car, it's basically the same as the car catching fire last year. The difference is he brings cash and therefore development. If he still has the tens of millions in sponsorship, he could make the team more than a bit better off. Kolles best bet is to go for guys like him and pray he keeps it on the road and his sponsors don't dry up.
