Yep, he has dual nationality im sure - its why Fairuz Fauzy is British according to the GP2 graphics.

Or is it because of where they get their racing license?

It's because he's German, and considers himself as such (unless it suits him from a marketing perspective). Rosberg doesn't speak a single word of Finnish, for example - I know of a Japanese journalist who learnt how to say "I'm sorry that I can't speak Finnish - I am Japanese" in Finnish before an interview, and after he said it another journalist had to translate it into English for Rosberg.

To clarify, Nico Rosberg is German, he does not have dual nationality.

He was born in Germany, and has a German mother.

He has a German passport and a German driving licence.

He currently lives in Monaco.

He was listed as Finnish in the Official Programme (but not on the entry list) because the person writing it assumed he must be Finnish because his dad was.

Had you been listening to the circuit PA system or Radio Silverstone you would have heard them mention that as one of the (dozens of) corrections to the programme.

As Jackman says, Rosberg doesn't speak Finnish - although he is fluent in German and French, and his English is very good.

Fauzy on the other hand is Malaysian, but races under a British licence, hence he has the British flag on the TV graphics.

Kovalianen had a good showing, podiums each time. Surely he has to win the title now. Speed was good in race 2 too.

Carroll had a terrible weekend! It was all ok until race 1, then downhill from there.

Nico has dual nationality. Until 2003 (I think) he raced under Finnish licence. Last year his pit board had a flag which was half German and half Finnish.
