F1 drivers at Autosport Show
I hear that Mark Webber, David Coulthard and Eddie Irvine will be at the show next week.
I have to say thats a pretty weak line up, a couple of years ago they had Montoya, Alan McNish and 2 more I forget. Are any more planning on coming? |

I'm going on the Thursday, will any of them be there? Although I should be busy spending money!
Last time I went I practically bumped into John Surtees after I had wandered away slightly (not wanting to make a fuss) I turned to someone with me there and said "there is John Surtees" and he said "who?"! A passer by did a double take at us! |

Great, I'm going Thursday, so hopefully I can get a few photos, and maybe some autographs. I'll have to put a few models and stuff in my camera bag, in case I get a chance for an autograph

Thursday and Friday aren't just press days, although a freind of mine is going to get some interviews for his work. They are principally trade days and this is why I am going - anyone with a racing licence can go.

I've been to the press days - v. boring...although you get first dibs on the cheap models.
Nothing to see unless you had contacts - had a wander, collected a sheaf of press releases and left. |

I went last in 1999 and there were loads of stalls selling motorsport photographs etc. |

I'm all excited as I'm going on Thursday too! My Uncle owns small racing gearbox distribution company and has a stall there, and he has got tickets for me! (I've got to [ay mind) should be good! I may get into the karting bit with any luck!
