Bernie's a bloody fool if you ask me (not that anyone was.)
The new qualifying system has proven to be a great success and has provided just as much excitement as the old one, but with one major difference - it's not the same old boring grids. That was the whole point of the new system. The races have been much better this year for that very reason. Cars are qualifying where last year they most certainly would not have qualified. |

I got an idea.....lets grid the cars by speed, then man them with the DRIVERS names pulled outta the hat. Yeah...Pizzonia in a Ferarri, Schu in the Minardi.
Yeaaaah...that's the ticket.... As logical as Bernies idea, no ? |
