BritCarMech should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Winkelmann/Palliser questions...

Good Moring gents, I have a few questions about a 1970 WDF2 that was brought to me. The fellow that brought it to me bought it in pieces. I'm attempting to re-assemble the rear suspension on it and have a few questions.

What is the rear vertical link from? A production vehicle? Winkelmann specific?

Also, what do the rear rotors match up too?

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Shawn

There was a complete thread on these cars somewhere in Historics but I can't seem to find it for you. You may be better posting over there or PM'ing John Turner who will be able to point you in the right direction. If you have no luck, Bob Winkleman is a good friend of my uncle so I expect he would be able to find out for you.

Thanks,

I was reviewing a 4 page thread on the history of the cars but did not see anything in there regarding specifics on brakes or suspension uprights for the rear of the car. I'll see if I can do some more research but any other info you might provide would be very helpful.

You may want to try Peter at PA motorsport depending on where you are in the world! He has quite a bit of Palliser info and supplies parts I believe. You can find him via www.pamotorsport.com
