x_dt should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Some Fisichella trivia

(I) Fisichella is the first Italian to win since Riccardo Patrese over 10 years ago (Suzuka 1992). For a country with a strong racing pedigree that is a long gap without a driver winning. One wonders why it has taken so long.

Wins by Italian drivers in F1 (total 40):
13 - Ascari
6 - Patrese
5 - Farina, Alboreto
2 - de Angelis
1 - Musso, Fagioli, Taruffi, Nannini, Bandini, Scarfiotti, Brambilla, Baghetti, Fisichella

(II) Giancarlo is only the second driver to fail to win in his first 100 GPs and then go on to win (the first being Rubens Barrichello).

GPs to first win (inclusive):
124 - Barrichello
110 - Fisichella
96 - Häkkinen
95 - Boutsen
91 - Alesi
82 - Irvine
72 - Mansell
71 - Patrese, Herbert
70 - Ralf Schumacher
69 - Depailler
60 - Nannini
etc...

And, provided a top team gives GF an opportunity (which is a big if) who is to say that he won't win many more races? In recent years Nigel Mansell and Damon Hill didn't start winning until they were in their thirties and won a lot of races between them...

Man,i HOPE he wins more races!!

He certainly has it in him,of that there is no doubt. While all drivers get slower sometime,i don't think he is close to that stage yet.

Of course it gets back to the same desperate hope-that one of the top three teams will come to their senses and get a REAL racer in their respective 'second' seats

Just what my mom and I were talking abou today. He never loses the balance and/or hope and he's always driving like he's abut to win, even when he's last. Now, that's the spirit of a real racer.
