Gerry Taylor should be qualifying in the top 5 on the grid

JEFF WARD.

Hi everyone, don't get alarmed, it's just that pioneer driver of Special Saloon Cars, JEFF WARD, is very poorly, and resting in a care home, in Leicester. Anyone that remembers Jeff, and his rapid Imp, and would like to send him some good wishes, with a card, then please do, I know that it would cheer him up.
I raced with Jeff for many years, and he and I set a Mallory Lap record back in the day, and he really is a lovely man. I visited him earlier, and he is not too good.

Jeff is in "Firlands" Care Home, Gooding Avenue, Braunstone, Leicester, LE3 1JS.
Just a card would be appreciated by him.
