As others have said, starting behind the safety car (misnomer!) and continuing for 7 laps was just a waste of 7 racing laps. Thumbs down for that. On the other hand, the use of the virtual safety car for most of the incidents showed that it is a far better idea than the Mercedes trundle-buggy.

I can't understand the people who gave this 1. Why do you bother watching motor-racing at all?
Definitely not a 1.

8. One of the better races at Monaco. Rain makes a big difference when it comes there. The SC helped out. The lead change with Danny and Lewis helped out a lot - and also Danny trying to fight back, made the last lot of laps tense.

I gave it a 4.

Interesting while raining but just a procession for the last 40 laps or so.

Hamilton didn't deserve the win having being gifted the lead twice and with the lack of an actual start he avoided loosing multiple positions which really helped his cause.

Finally his short cutting the chicane un-penalized to fend off Ricciardo really took the shine off of this Monaco.

And to top it off he has Bieber as his special guest on the podium ignoring his team and the Prince!
