Channel Islands

Just wondering who will be coming over to the Channel Islands this week? I am not sure the weather is going to be as nice as it was to us last year though. We shall wait and see.

We'm coming

Georgia is quite please that the ferry crossing tommorow should not be too smooth. She gets sea sick when it's calm.
The thunderstorms should help nicely then.

See you there.

Looking foward to seeing the Moose, lets hope he has cut the grass.

I hope he has aswell... might not be too nice for you otherwise. The crossing should be ok... There is a bar. You can get people to drive you off the other side. Could be a plan hehehe. Shall see you later on in the week,

The forecast for Jersey looks good. But of course that depends on which weather forecast you listen too! And of course its too far away for them to be precise anyway.

We have ordered the Sun for Guernsey.

Jersey 5 day forecast

22 degrees for Thursday from the Jersey Met office. It should be the hottest day of the week. Sun/Cloud. No mention of rain yet.

http://www.jerseymet.gov.je

19 degrees for Guernsey on Saturday. No rain either.

Fingers crossed.

Which flight are you on Billy? Mine is the 08:30 on Wednesday arriving 09:30. Sounds like the same flight TOM 1741.

What a brilliant weekend we had in the Channel Islands. Brilliant racing, just a shame about all the weather we have had to come back to.

what a weekend

With sunshine for both Jersey and Guernsey, the racing was as always top quality. Good in Guernsey to see a few of the lcal boys up in the top 12 run off.

I also want to say a massive well done to Jos Goodyear and the team around him. To get into the 29's in Guernsey after the first time of being at the hill was awesome. The car with the KVT4 is obviously on song and shows signs of being a very very good engine.

Will Jos be the one to watch for the near future??? I think so!
