Thanks to Julian for amending the Cadwell form to include the recently added BRSCC event on 19th September (minis and more minis).

just a quick question after using marshals.org.uk for the 1st time, is it usual/unusual not to hear from respective clubs/circuits via email after volunteering using this service? its only a few weeks out from my 1st event this year (WEC) and i've recieved nothing from Silverstone as of yet.

You'll find that you don't get individual replies from each club/circuit but you should expect tickets/info to arrive around a couple of weeks before an event.

If you haven't heard anything 7-10 days before then it is worth
a)checking to see if there is a thread in the marshals area for that meeting as it may have info there or even starting one to ask
b)email/ring the chief marshal / marshal co-ordinator (who should have received your details via marshals.org.uk) for the event - contact details can usually be found on the club or event website.

For those places who make things complicated by having multiple volunteering routes make sure you know whether you have volunteered through the ES/Marshals Team or the Organising Club.

thanks for that advice, last year i had used the B.M.M.C site to volunteer but at the time i signed up the dates i was planning on doing were not up and due other requirements i have to sign up all the dates at the start of the year and marshals.org was highly recommended, i did recieve emails last year a few weeks out and one listing all dates i was signed for at silverstone didnt get that this year so was worried
