Star Mazda went bust and who knows how long "Pro Mazda" will last or even make it to the starting grid.

Andresen Promotions took over. That's the USF2000 folks. They know how to fill a grid.

Is it really necessary to have both Pro Mazda & USF2000? Cars lap within 2 to 3 seconds of each other....

Really? Harsh economic times these days & grids are hard to fill. Would it be less expensive for driverz to achieve there goal if they drove in 2 "LADDER" series than 3?

That should solve everything.
USF2000 hasn't been a huge success.
It all comes down to money and interest in spending that money on a ladder series to nowhere, regardless of what the cars or series are.

No news on the new Indy Lights car yet. I guess that with the executive changes, this will take one more year.

With the "Road to Indy" nearly dead, single car counts in lights and the mazda series barely alive and FF2000 the same, it doesn't bode well for the future.
Someone is about the push the toilet handle for one last flush.

I do get the feeling that things are being made more complicated than they need to be. I think choosing Dallera for the Indy chassis was a bad choice, and now not choosing anybody for the lights chassis....wow, just wow.
