He looks to be on shakey ground at best.

They have to obtain a franchise to run another car yet.

I think Besnard will probably lose his drive after his performance this year & i honestly don't think he'll get a drive in the series next year.

Licence will prob come from the level 2 PWR franchise
DB will prob go, my huch says a Konica with a vote of faith and good relationship with Glenn would tale his place.
The only place I see DB going, a remote as it would be would be behind the wheel of a yellow oil sponsored ford.

im no expert on drivers but if fpr are underpowered as they say wouldnt u expect drivers like lowndes and seton excel over a guy who only knows one way and flat out but when they sort out the dramas with the cars do u think u wouldnt see this big difference in times and finishes i know how he went at sbr in his rookie year very up and down but i think he is just being compared to 2 very smart drivers who can b very conservative i would love to see him in a car that he doesnt have to take every half chance to overtake someone he can sit back and work on someone and then pass him ?

But Lowndes and Seton haven't made anywhere near the mistakes Besnard has made, and if FPR cars get quicker Besnard will just be going faster when he hits other cars and other things. Lowndes and Seton are past champions of the series, and have bright futures, they drive the car to its capabilites.
Besnard is out of his depth, and he can't swim. His only chance would be his good mate Steve throwing him a Life line, but do the yellow oil cars want 2 drivers who don't give 100% and aren't really going to win races. I think not.

There is no point running three cars if you're not getting results and data from three cars worth looking at. If one car is facing the wrong way too much or not finishing highly, the money could surely be spent better on two cars getting across the line in hgher positions than diverting manpower, money and time replacing bent panels.

3 cars is a waste of time when every test day taken with 3 cars attending eats up 2 days of test time.

The testing rules are most certainly dumb (and not just in this area), but FPR knew what they were at season's start yet did this silliness anyway.

I guess it gave some wayward ex-00sters some work for Sandown & Bathurst....

I think he has the talent there but it isn't living up to his potential. I'd like to see him still have a drive somewhere but i don't think he is what DJR need either.

Unfortunatly plenty of drivers are able to go fast untill they crash, even I could manage that(maybe not for long)and this isn't always vieweed as talent just big kahoona's and little fear

No truth in the rumour that the FPR change in number from %#19 to #7 was because the team thought Rodney Forbes' tyres were actually better than the flatspotted 50cent pieces Mr Besnard dishes up each round

No but by the last race you notice how he is always one of the first to pit

Lets hold judgement until after Eastern Creek if FPR have the new engines lets see how they go. They may have had there hands tied with the limited progress FPR have made this far.
