I think you mean The Racing School at the Three Sisters Circuit in Lancashire which is now no more, there was the Forti alongside a Footwork FA14 from 1993 which were used in their F1 driving experiences.

P38 in workshop has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
The excellent museum at Loheac (sorry for the missing accent) has more F1 cars from that period than there are cars on the current grid.Whether they are runners or not,I don't know.

Fangio's Museum at Balcarce already has:
1995 McLaren MP4/10 - Mercedes
An Arrows (probably 1999 A20) painted like in 2000 or 2001 seasons.

Termas de Rio Hondo Autodrome has:
1996 Benetton B196-Renault

Dan Daly in Ireland has Jordan 192-01. This was a 92 Jordan converted to take the Hart engine for testing before the 193 came out. Dan's has a DFR in the back.

Minardi team left two M197? show cars in the whereabouts of Buenos Aires. First time I've seen one of them, was when Gastón Mazzacane was promoting himself prior to his 2000 F1 campaign. Pronto Rotulo had one car in their hands, from several years. From time to time, both cars are shown in the formula car area of Autoclásica classic car exposition.
