Television
Hi
Please could someone tell me if there is any free to view (non SKY) braodcasting of both the Indy and NHRA Drag racing championships on UK TV this year. I know channel 4 (or was that 5) were showing 'butchered highlights) last year. Many thanks. John |

It was five who provided those highlights in previous years, but they have not continued through this year. I think the only way we can get it in the uk is through Sky or online via the IndyCar site, but not on free to view tv. I haven't looked into the late night schedules that much though, so it could appear somewhere i suppose.

I would suggest investigating the live streaming potential of the internet. I couldn't possibly comment on the legal status of any potential streams in question, but I have it on rather reliable authority that streams of live events exist on the internet. There is also a cable one can get which connects from computers to modern TV sets. When you combine the two things, it is quite respectable really.
