Retro Cars Show 2005 Calling All mk2 Astras!

I am organising a get together for all mk2 Astra owners at the Retro Cars Show 2005. I have set out the details of the show below:

Date: Sunday 3rd July 2005

Venue: Santa Pod Raceway

Ticket Price: £7.00 (£13.00 on the day) (Children under 14 Free Admission)

Camping Fee: £5.00

Closing date for Tickets For the Stand: 20 May 2005

I will only accept cheques made payable to Allen Mead for this as paypal takes a 1.9% + 20p fee for every transaction. It's made out to me for the simple reason that we don't have a bank account yet.

(on top of the ticket fee, I will need to pay for Public Liability insurance which will come out of my own pocket, you're not being charged for this)

Ideally, I want 30 cars on the stand, we're not limited to numbers or a pitch fee, ticket price only.

The show offers the following for all car enthusiasts:
  • Non-stop ¼ mile Sprint Action.
  • Performance Tuning Parts on sale from various trades.
  • Pride of Ownership Competition, voted for by the general public.
  • Mobile Rolling Road.
  • Retro Jumble.
  • Themed Retro Rides and Attractions.
  • Helecopter Rides and Onsite Camping.
  • Funfair.
  • Toilet and Shower Facilities.

The tickets will be distributed to me approximately 28 days before the event and I will then forward these on.

I don't have details for tickets for taking your car up the ¼ mile strip, I assume you buy these on the day.

When you order your tickets, Please state your full name and address, how many tickets you want, including over night camping and the correct funds.

Any Queries, please contact me via pm if you're genuinely interested in going.

PS. You don't have to camp over night as it's only for one day, but if you're coming from a long way, you may want to rest overnight if you can be arsed to put up a tent!
