Kinda knew that would be the answer.

Kimball is so lucky he has diabetes.

Then if you want Rosenqvist, it makes perfect sense that Kanaan - as the other non-paying driver - would have to go.

Besides, Chilton is only 11 points behind Kanaan in the championship standings at the moment.

I hope they sign him. Not because I want to see Kanaan go, but because I think Rosenqvist would be a great addition to the series.

Hinch at SPM or CGR? Rossi to SPM or CGR? Hinch and Rossi at SPM? Sato to any and every Honda team? Andretti's engine decision has the paddock waiting to react.

Kanaan, Chilton, and Kimball at CGR? Gutierrez at DCR, CGR, or another series? Pigot and Jones with their current teams or elsewhere in the Chevy and Honda empires? Rosenqvist and Hartley? Carlin Racing?

Now, who will replace Aleshin at Schmidt? Rossi, Sato, Urrutia, Kaiser?

This year, or next year?

For this year I'd guess Saavedra or Servia.
For next, that could be anyone, probably depending primarily on Andretti's choice of engines.

Watching the Bommarito Automotive Group 500 at Gateway and it's announced Max Chilton and TK will no longer be racing for Ganassi after this season.

Chilton has improved this second year in IndyCar. But apparently he has had serious arguing with Ganassi staff.

They played radio from Pocono when they told Chilton to park it. That is on ganassi. Then they parked kanaan last night too. Just strange behavior from a top team.

How about bourdais and Rossi to ganassi, (bourdais runs the fords at le mans), Alonso in a McLaren/andretti Honda to replace sato or Rossi, kanaan to Schmitt Peterson? Still leaves one open seat at andretti, and an open seat coyne for maybe some young talent. Maybe 3 additional cars on the grid if Chilton starts his own team as robin miller mentioned, and rahal running 2 cars? Maybe kanaan joins Chilton? If ganassi wants more youth, or if Kimball is out, maybe pigot? He deserves a full time ride.

I wonder what is going on with Chip. There has to be something at play to park to race cars?

Miller during the broadcast said Andretti will likely stay with Honda and Rossi will stay as well.

Can't see Ganassi replacing 40 year old TK with 38 year old Bourdais. In terms of replacements surely its Rosenquist, Karam or he goes after someone and tries to buy them out of a contract - Hinch, RHR or Pagenaud etc.

Chilton to Carlin sounds closer by the day.

It sounds like Rahal is looking at possibly adding a second car but nothing is finalized yet.
