SennaTheGreat has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Microprose Grand Prix World

Lockdown is getting to me 😂 recently found a cheap full game on the web, got the mod for Jacques Villeneuve. Just wondering, is there a mod for real life sponsors, like West, Winfield, Marlboro etc?

Good old John Newhouse.

I had the one before, which if I remember had an annoying bug that meant the races didn't work after a bit and your couldn't fix. Can't remember what the bug was.

Is it compatible with modern operating systems?

Ah memories. Seems a good time to revisit these old games. I loved playing the original Microprose GP on the Atari and later the PC version. And also had GP2 and GP3 and the demo for GP Manager 2

It was so much fun, especially the hotseat multiplayer, which meant you could race as every car if you want. Or select no one and just watch the race. One of the best sims ever.

Never did get any mods, but I did enjoy changing names to different seasons, although you sometimes needed to fill in gaps if you didn’t quite have enough teams from a particular season

And you mentioned John Newhouse, well on the first game every driver was using fake names! Carlos Sanchez, Robert Davies, Helmut Becker.....

There were endless things you could do on there, I do miss those games. Geoff Crammond was a genius
