Edwards has stated that his Honda should be favored since the majority of the remaining tracks sui tthe speed and power of the Honda SP-1 twin. And with Haga facing suspension after failing a drug test fro ephedrine, he could gain some serious points and take the championship. Sometimes when you open your mouth, your foot slips into it. I'd love to see Edwards win the championship, but if he doesn't now he will look the fool.

Well seeing as Foggy is out until probably July, and Slight not back till at least Donington, Haga possibly out for a failed drug test, there isn't really anyone left (at least on a good enough bike) to challenge Edwards for the championship.
If he doesn't win then he'll look like more than just a fool. Though I think he'd prefer winning by defeating everyone else on the track, but a championship is still a championship. |
