Good for Frosty he's clearly the number 1 driver there. Just can't imagine how different FPR might be if they had Courtney or Bright there. One fast guy just can't develop a car like two fast guys and I think this is part of FPR's inconsistency. No doubting Frosty is as fast as, and very marketable.

Best thing FPR did was sign frosty. He is by far the best ford driver out there now. we need James Courtney to get up there now. Steve Richards i am not sure about him now. maybe a bit over rated now????

Let hope they can give him a car capable of winning and beating the triple 8 and the other holden teams and hopefully he can win the title this year.

Steve Richards has been overrated ever since he started in the V8's.

Mr Winterbottom's new deal is an extension of the existing one which expires at the end of 2010. So a 3 year extension takes the deal to the end of 2013.
No accounting issues at all... |

Steven is struggling in a factory backed team. Jim would be cleaning up if he was there at Stevens age. |

Well Steven has the distinction of being a back to back winner, in different makes of car. He's definitely been off the boil at FPR.
Anybody think he's not been the same since that big crash? |

I hope Frosty has a get out clause in the new contract.
Because if FPR don't perform, he will finish his career there sooner rather than later. |

That Air-con money Garry's now getting might just help Lee stay in the car for another couple years. He'd be a stupid boy to walk away after a year with Hollway on board as well. FPR might be able to give him a big cheque and all the rest, but they haven't exactly delivered lately. Thou there off season changes could change things around.

Winterbottom is Ford's only hope at this year's championship and a slim hope at that, maybe the 3 year deal was Fords way of making sure he is only thinking about RACING this year?
