Wurz is listed as 4th driver for Toyota, in both cars. Some others in LMP2 too. Otherwise nothing new

It's a shame this new ACO regulation prevents anyone else from running at Test Day now (except theoretical second G56 car), it's "just" the same 60 cars as in the main race.

You'd think Manor at least would have otherwise entered second Oreca even if not allowed for the main race.

Right, because no damage can be repaired in two weeks time, and extra mileage would wear down the chassis to the state of uselessness

I wonder how teams even dare to trial out their actual race cars, rather than to wrap them up in plastic wrappers to protect them from dust and touch like comic book collectors

Anyway, if they (were allowed to) run both in the Test, they could get twice the data from it for the race week.

Sure they can repair it, but clearly the risk of the costs and resources associated isn't worth the extra data to them, can't blame them for that. The added mileage is a pretty important aspect as well as it affects that car for the season. Even putting an extra 1000km on parts which is easy to do on the test could require them to replace components an event before they would like to. Plus their spare car is aiding KCMG's efforts.

And RLM obviously

There used to be some light (static camera angle) ACO streaming too few years back but they axed it the same way they axed non-paywall streaming for the 6 hour races too. At least I think there was nothing last year either, didn't catch it live

Confirmation of no video coverage... again. BOO. How cheap can you get, just have couple of static CCTV cameras around (which we know are there regardless for race control) and stream them, like couple of years ago! It's cheap and creates buzz. It would have been something to have on background next to T&S and RLM.

Wrong, they had different angles in certain years. From within the permanent circuit. In 2012 and 2013 me thinks? Or perhaps 2013 and 2014.
