Michael H should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
New Honda NSX - should it join Nation's Cup?

I see on the front cover of Motor they have a picture of the new NSX.

I beleive that this car should immediately be made into a Nation's Cup car.

If someone could be bothered developing it, going through the parity blues etc... might prove faster and cheaper to buy a Porsche or a PHR somethingorother...

Bu if only not for that "gentalmans agreement" in japan limiting max power to 206kw (even if it acctually 230 or something) it still wont have enough to be competitive, just like the GTR

That may not matter, look at the Monaro. If they made one using the JGTC Honda NSX as a base that would be awesome, same with the Toyota Supra and Nissan Skyline GTR R34, obviously they couldn't be to the same specification as those cars, but some parts of it, plus the bodykit's, would make them competitive.

They would have to base it on the Type R NSX that is sold in Japan. I'm almost certain that the output on this is over the 206kw (from what I understand, the next Nissan GT-R will be too). Unless they could get the output up to about 270kw at least (but preferably 300 if it wants to win), I can't see it being competitive. With cars like the Michelotto and Lambo, it's going to be more and more difficult to get production cars up to scratch.

Does this class have some sort of parity rule(s)?

Yeah, all the cars are supposed to be on the same level as the Porsche...

Judging by the Monaro, it seems now that anything goes to try and make them competitive.
