Top Ten Drivers of 2006

Anyone care to draw up a list of who they think has been the top 10 performers this year?

1. Sam Hornish - champion, indy 500 winner
2. Dan Wheldon - strong challenge in a new team
3. Scott Dixon - had a couple of good wins, fairly consistent year
4. Helio Castro-Neves - same as Dixon
5. Marco Andretti - made a strong impact as a rookie
6. Vitor Meira - some good, consistent results with struggling panther team
7. Danica Patrick - improved from 2005, & convincingly beat her team mate
8. Ryan Briscoe - was impressive in the races he contested
9. Tomas Scheckter - did a good job in bringing Vision forward as a team
10. Tony Kanaan - race win at Milwaukee the highlight of an otherwise fairly average year
