I wouldn't mind a bit of rain, it'll spice things up a little! :P

The latest weather update from the Weather Channel says all rain will hold off until after the race is over. Perhaps some showers during evening hours on Sunday! Good news for anyone hoping for a completely dry race.

Well, Ayse got his wish -- and we are grateful! We were able to strike the tent in the early afternoon, and gave the commissaires' salute to the cars on the cooldown lap with dry flags.

Ten minutes after we got on the peage it bucketed down, and it stayed wet all the way to Calais.

Ayse, you rule!

My healthy sun tan tells me that the weather behaved just fine. The two times I got most wet I was stood in the pitlane! On the Friday (soon moved upstairs into more plush German surroundings) and then after the race. Rained quite hard on the Sunday night but I was sparked out in the tent soon enough. Great scenes!

The pitlane had no more than a couple of spots. The biggest rain fell after the race around 4pm. Right when i was finished packing the tent. So we jumped in the car and went. All the way down till lille it was raining...
