Im sure youre all glad to know, you hit the Sports Desk on Meridian South East News tonight. 30 seconds of action, mostly a yellow BMW round the Devils Elbow. No one else see it?

Managed to get there both days just before 3pm-don't think the ol'Bill could keep up with me on the M20 from Biggin Hill . Must say Eddy your beer is far better than the French stuff-Cheers! Had to make sure I wasn't 1st in the line at the BBQ as didn't want to get a name!! Thought Sunday afternoons racing was superb, mostly well behaved and thoughtful driving throughout. Have some great shots that will be up on my site www.Fierce1.com soon though very busy at the moment with magazine work. BT Broadband seemed to be suffering with server probs all weekend and I stuggled to get shots to Autosport last night but I'm hoping they got something worthy in the end...the Capri was just yards away from the end of my lens on the Sat' on top of the Elbow banking...so close I couldn't get all the car in the shot! Well done all and again to Eddy for the refreshment!!

Well Barry, who wants French beer when Belgian is available.
Besides, I was only the one smuggling, sorry, bringing it to the track.
All that beer in my car and dying of thirst (non beer drinker, you see).

Very nice to see all those people again. It must have been a busy day for mechanics, helpers and drivers.

Ooh, shame on me , good to meet all the new faces.

Nothing to report Chezza? have a read of my race report on my web site!!!

Anyone got a can of petrol and a match?? Joking apart, great to be out racing with the DTRC boys again. New enginer required! hope to see you in August!

Good meeting! feel like I lost half a stone due to the heat.

Thanks...

I just thought I'd hijack this thread to say thanks to everyone at Lydden who made me welcome in my first (ever) race. Most of you will have seen the back of my Honda CRX as you overtook me, but I think for the most part I kept out of trouble and didn't disgrace myself.

I can't make Combe or Brands in July but I look forward to the final four rounds. Everyone was so friendly toward me as a rookie I really want to stay involved. And, possibly, get faster too...

Thanks all, a well run meeting with friendly competitors all round. And I got a pot! Imagine my proudest moment...

Suddenly lost all oil pressure as I came round devils elbow,on the CVH engine points to either the gizzards in the oil pump exploding or the lobes on the pump shearing, what with holidays and other buissness things havent had time to strip it yet.
