Wet marshal should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Castle Combe 27th May 2013

Many thanks to the New, and (very) old! marshals, that attended post 8/9 on Monday.

I didn't realise that post 9 was that cold.

P.C Joe.

Cheese

It was so cold in the afternoon on post 5 that Balders wore both his silk undershirt and his beaver fur-lined parka!
But as you say,Colin, a very tranquil day with not one car or kart even touching the tyre walls all round Quarry. Probably means the June meeting will be busy.....

But I wear that silk undershirt all the time, particularly, when if you remember I did those special tests for NASA in that old tin bath in the garden filled with iced cold water, after all you never know when you are going in to space......

Bladders, just returned from the pub........

Funniest bit was when the other flaggy put out the green and a gust of wind nearly took him away!

I'd think Balders doesn't have that problem.

Chef

It does soon after brekka that includes beans and black pudding! Then he might well be taken away by the wind even on the stillest of days.
Best to always work upwind until noon!
